Your responsibilities

As a Intermediate Consultant Strategy & Business Building (all genders), you make complex business and organisational challenges decision-ready and actionable. You independently manage defined areas and make decisions, risks and results transparent.
Your impact in practice:

Consulting impact: You structure defined challenges into hypotheses and solution options.
Business impact: You assess options for feasibility, commercial viability and organisational context.
Collaboration impact: You facilitate smaller workshops and alignment sessions with concrete outcomes.
Delivery impact: You connect functions and stakeholders around a shared understanding.
Ownership & communication: You prepare decisions and make risks and conflicting objectives manageable.
Growth & capability: You support Junior Consultants and identify further consulting needs.

Why you

You have several years of consulting experience and independently manage defined work packages and client relationships.
You think in problem spaces, decision logic and impact and work confidently with hypotheses, frameworks and priorities.
Workshop facilitation is a core strength; you facilitate confidently in very good German and excellent English.
You have strong corporate stakeholder experience and communicate credibly with relevant decision-making levels.
You assess recommendations commercially and turn complex content into decision-ready communication.
Initial experience as a project or programme lead is an advantage.
Research knowledge and industrial-sector experience are an advantage.
