As a Junior Software Engineer (all genders), you will work alongside experienced colleagues on modern software solutions for a wide range of clients. You will have the opportunity to continuously grow your technical skills, explore new technologies and gradually take ownership of your own areas of responsibility.
 

• You support the development of modern software solutions and contribute to frontend-, backend- or cloud-based applications depending on the project.
• You collaborate on architecture, API and platform solutions and deepen your understanding of technical systems, design decisions and software engineering principles.
• You work with modern development tools, frameworks and AI powered technologies, learning how to integrate them effectively into your day-to-day work.
• You actively explore new technologies, tools and engineering practices while continuously developing your technical skillset.
• You support the creation of technical concepts, prototypes and solution approaches for our clients.
• You contribute to the evolution of our engineering standards and best practices and are encouraged to contribute your own ideas and perspectives.
• You explore modern AI tools and their application within software development, supporting the evaluation and experimentation of new approaches.
• You participate in technical reviews, knowledge sharing sessions and team workshops, learning from the experience and expertise of your colleagues.

Bring what makes you special. This should include:

• You have already gained some hands-on experience in software development through your studies, apprenticeship, internships, personal projects or first professional roles.
• You are passionate about technology, modern software engineering and emerging developments in AI, developer tools and engineering practices.
• You enjoy coding, are curious about how things work under the hood and are excited to dive into new technologies and technical challenges.
• You take initiative, work independently and care about building high quality solutions.
• You are open to feedback, eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop your technical skills.
• You enjoy collaborating with others, communicate openly and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience with web technologies, cloud environments, APIs or modern frameworks. Personal projects, contributions on GitHub or other technical side projects are a plus.
• You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
