As a Senior Consultant (all genders) | IT, you work at the intersection of technology, architecture and consulting. Together with our clients and interdisciplinary teams, you create digital solutions that deliver sustainable business value while actively contributing to the technological future of Ray Sono.

• You work on modern software and architecture projects across a variety of client environments and contribute to the development of sustainable technical solutions.
• You contribute to technical concepts, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations, bringing your perspective to the selection of suitable technologies and platforms.
• You actively shape modern engineering standards, platforms and development practices and support their continuous evolution.
• You analyze emerging technologies and AI-driven development approaches, assessing their potential for both our clients and our organization.
• You support client workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions, collaborating with our teams to develop suitable technology driven solutions.
• You advise clients on technology and digital transformation topics, helping to align technical possibilities with specific business requirements.
• You work closely with Development Leads, IT Architects, Sales, and Management, contributing your ideas to the further development of our technology and service portfolio.
• In addition to your project work, you will have the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility for strategic technology topics. In this capacity, you will help shape Ray Sono's technological direction and contribute to areas such as technology strategy, AI enablement, technology consulting, market positioning, and the ongoing development of our IT Development organization.

Bring what makes you special. This should include:

• You have extensive experience in developing modern software solutions with hands on experience with technologies such as web applications, cloud environments, APIs and platforms.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture and enjoy thinking beyond individual solutions to the broader technology landscape.
• You are curious about emerging technologies, engineering best practices and how AI is transforming the way software is built.
• You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and can communicate complex technical topics in a clear and compelling way.
• You work in a structured manner, take ownership of your responsibilities and drive topics forward proactively.
• You enjoy looking beyond the technical solution and thinking about how technology can support business goals and create lasting value.
• You enjoy working directly with clients, facilitating workshops and providing technology consulting at the intersection of business and technology.
• You have already gained experience in software architecture, technology consulting, presales activities or technology strategy initiatives.
• You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
